Shearwater company presentation and selected preliminary Q4 2025 figures

Oslo, 25 February 2026: Kristian Rådal, Head of Investor Relations of Shearwater Geoservices AS (“Shearwater”) will today present at the annual SB1 Markets Energy Conference.

Included in the presentation are selected preliminary Shearwater Geoservices AS Group figures for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. These may may be subject to adjustment without further notice. Shearwater will publish its fourth quarter financial results on 27 February 2026.

·       2025 full-year EBITDA of USD 119 million
·       Leverage ratio at 31 December 2025 of 4.6x
