A HEALTHY
SUPPLY CHAIN

A healthy supply chain is essential to meeting customer needs, minimizing sustainability risks, and achieving emissions goals. We collaborate with suppliers to tackle shared challenges, implement audits, and uphold trade compliance.

Through sustainability workshops, we engage key suppliers to support our scope 1 and scope 3 emission reduction targets.

Corporate policies

The ESG policy in Shearwater aims to improve existing compliance procedures adopted, such as the Code of Conduct. It has also been supplemented with the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of our company in order to adopt an all-round approach toward business responsibility.

It is also in line with globally recognised standards and reinforces our commitment to responsible business practices, sustainability, and good governance.

This underlines our commitment to the relevant principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
